Randy Clare – Author Profile
Randy Clare, President of Hawkeye Group, is an avid cyclist from Orange County California. Randy has been involved in the diagnosis and treatment of snoring and sleep apnea for over 25 years. Recently his interests have turned to the management of head neck facial pain, snoring and sleep apnea and bruxism.
At Glidewell, the world’s largest dental lab, Randy led teams in developing digital brand strategies that boosted business growth, attracted new customers, and increased sales to existing ones. Using data analytics, they improved customer loyalty, retention, and revenue. We also used data and market research to maintain our industry leadership.
While at Vyaire Medical, he managed a sales team, starting as a Territory Manager and progressing to Director of Strategic Sales. Coaching and team development led to increased sales and goal achievement.
As the owner of Randy Clare and Associates, he focused on sleep disorders in dentistry, DME, and sleep diagnostics and developed a successful program to train dentists on sleep apnea, which positively impacted sales. Randy co-founded the American Sleep and Breathing Academy (ASBA) and grew the certification program from zero to over 400 members.
